Iphone Delete Outlook Calandar and Add Again

Thx for the respond.
I have already deleted my account from each device and re installed it, did not solve the problem.
It only happens to calendar events that have a reoccurance of once a year. Then I have "Moms bday" for every Baronial 4th (this item is in my calandar, Non in bday agenda). Because her bday just passed, I try to delete it and it reappears on the other devices.
There are no error messages.
If I delete it on my iphone, it reappears on Outlook and ipad. If I and then delete it on Outlook or ipad, information technology reappears on my iphone.
Information technology seems that this just happens to calendar events that have a reoccurance every year. When I delete it as "delete all future events" then information technology dissapears from all devices. When I delete "simply this event" then the trouble occurs.

Should I delete and add it to BOTH my iPhone AND iPad? Also, when I try to add together information technology back, practise I select "Microsoft Substitution" or "Microsoft Hotmail" selection?
